Temporary Customer Service Administrator - 7 DAY ROTA BASIS

Hours: Rota basis of 5 days out of 7, including weekends (35 to 40 hours per week)

About the Role: Our client, a well established and fast paced organisation, is currently looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer interaction with administrative responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers, while also supporting the wider team with important post-sale and operational admin tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting handover appointments with customers
  • Processing and invoicing completed sales accurately
  • Carrying out occasional post office runs to support business needs
  • Supporting with a range of post sale administrative tasks and customer case follow ups
  • Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the process

About You

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, administrative environment
  • Flexible and able to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends
  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
