Post Title: Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £29,666 - £32,468 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To provide an effective liaison between tenants and contractors for the effective delivery of the Area HRA Capital Programme.

Requirements

Experience of Housing Service or similar customer service.

Access to personal transport (Given the nature of this job, the postholder will be required to make visits away from their normal base. A driving licence is a requirement of the Service.)
