Experteer Overview In this senior role, you shape bid strategy and drive commercial governance for Subsea Robotics and Offshore Projects. You lead the development and delivery of high-quality tender submissions across the Eastern Hemisphere, balancing commercial robustness with client focus. You mentor and develop the commercial team, embedding best practices and continuous improvement. You work cross-functionally to align pricing, risk, and execution plans with business objectives. This position combines strategy, governance and hands-on deal delivery to support growth and risk-managed wins. Pay / Benefits
- Lead complex tenders for Subsea Robotics and Offshore Project Groups across the Eastern Hemisphere Develop, structure and populate bid pricing models and cost estimates with alignment to commercial assumptions and client requirements Act as the commercial integrator among Projects, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance and Executive Leadership Ensure bid calculations reflect scope, constraints, obligations, tax considerations and risks Facilitate peer reviews of pricing models, cost build-ups and commercial assumptions for accuracy and compliance Support development and improvement of bid calculation tools, cost models and pricing methodologies Lead Bid / No-Bid evaluations aligned with business objectives and risk appetite Coordinate bid governance reviews, risk management, deviation reviews and lessons learned Lead risk and opportunity workshops; maintain bid risk registers per company processes Run tender kick-off meetings with execution plans, deliverables matrices and submission schedules Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for timely, compliant submissions Monitor bid milestones and escalate issues Lead tender debriefs and drive continuous improvement for win rates and governance Review and improve standard tender templates, tools and governance processes Conduct quality reviews of tender deliverables and promote best practice Perform other delegated tasks Tasks Experience in tender management, proposal management, commercial, contracts, project controls or operational support roles Proven ability coordinating and preparing complex tenders in offshore/service sectors Knowledge of pricing, cost estimation, commercial risk assessment and contract review Experience reviewing client contracts and commercial terms and conditions Experience supporting bid governance processes, approvals and risk reviews Knowledge of ROV, Survey and vessel operations Key requirements
