Test and Authentication Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Authentication Engineer to join our team in the heavy engineering and maritime sector. The role focuses on ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and system components meet strict performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and documenting comprehensive test plans, performing system authentication, and supporting commissioning activities for maritime vessels and heavy industrial equipment.,

• Plan, develop, and execute testing protocols for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of maritime vessels or heavy machinery.
• Conduct system authentication to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to verify and validate system performance before commissioning.
• Perform troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations on non-conforming systems.
• Prepare detailed test reports, certificates, and documentation to support regulatory inspections and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards (IMO, DNV, ABS, etc.) and local regulations.
• Support commissioning, integration, and acceptance testing activities both in-house and on-site.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for testing procedures, tools, and documentation practices.
