We are looking for ambitious Chefs who understand the value of provenance. Being part of the Glen Affric Estate provides a unique opportunity to work with extraordinary local produce. The Role: Menu Development & Leadership

We don’t want a cook who just follows recipes—we want a chef who creates them. You will be instrumental in:

• Defining the Menu: Developing dishes that showcase the best of the Highlands.
• Building a Legacy: Taking the lead in turning the restaurant and cafe into a roaring success and a regional "must-visit."
• Operational Excellence: Working in brand-new kitchen equipped with the best modern tools, we also want you to be involved to make it your own.
