Full Job Description

As a Training & Competence Administrator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our workforce remains fully qualified and compliant. This is a key role that supports the delivery of all training and competence activities, enabling us to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements. You'll make a real difference by maintaining accurate records, coordinating training events, and supporting our teams to deliver excellence. Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer all training and assessment activities, including scheduling and learner communications
  • Maintain accurate records across systems such as IFS, CMS, and Sentinel
  • Process applications, licences, certificates, and customer requests
  • Manage travel, accommodation, purchase orders, invoicing, and general office administration
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure smooth delivery of training events.

    Experience in a Training Administration role
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in an office environment

    This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract working 35 hours per week:
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:15 (30-minute break)
  • Friday: 08:30 - 15:00 (30-minute break)
  • Initially, you'll be office-based during training, then move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days from home., Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by your place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency you hold or have held.
