technologies, including AI-powered tools and digital learning platforms, to enhance training effectiveness and innovation.The role requires strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and dedication to helping others learn and develop.REQUIREMENTSAdvanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in training/development, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated industryPreferred Fields of Study: Education, Instructional Design, Life Sciences, Business, Adult Learning, Organizational DevelopmentAdditional certifications in training/development advantageousDemonstrated expertise in learning management systems (LMS) administration and maintenanceStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite and eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)Experience creating and delivering both instructor-led and virtual training
