Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise transformation programs enabled by technology, partnering with clients to design and deliver scalable change management. You will lead leadership engagement, communications, and behavioural change initiatives, leveraging data science and digital tools. You'll contribute to growing Accenture's Change Consulting practice and shape market-ready viewpoints. This role sits within a global, cross-functional team that values innovation, collaboration and rapid delivery of value. Pay / Benefits
- Deliver enterprise transformation projects underpinned by SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday and Salesforce and define Change Management solutions Oversee the lifecycle: vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture/behaviour change, communications and storytelling, data-informed change measurement, and operating model/tech enablement Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability-building, thought leadership, and market eminence Create market-relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to showcase Accenture's Change consulting and Talent & Organisation scope Maintain consistent, high-quality delivery for clients Tasks Proven track record managing enterprise transformational change programmes with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce Lead Change Management planning, conduct and manage detailed change impact assessments and intervention plans Transformation vision creation, leadership alignment and storytelling Development of communication strategies and materials with digital/AI-enabled tooling Learning Needs Analysis, learning strategy and content development Understanding end-to-end technology implementation lifecycle from design to hypercare Strong interest in innovation and technology trends and how data drives business objectives Excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis to influence stakeholders Ability to build trusted relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders Key requirements 30 days' vacation per year private medical insurance 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work flexibility and mobility to spend time onsite with clients extensive benefits package
