Full Job Description
- Analysing information, solving problems and developing informed recommendations to support client business strategies
- Supporting the assessment of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing ideas for operational improvement
- Contributing to the design and delivery of operating models and working with teams to identify opportunities to improve how operations run
- Building your understanding of business functions and how sector trends impact clients, with exposure across Consumer, ERI and/or TMT
- Supporting research and analysing qualitative and quantitative datasets to help shape insights, implications and recommendations
- Working effectively within project teams, contributing to the successful delivery of engagements and a positive client experience
- Communicating clearly and confidently with colleagues and clients, tailoring messages to the audience
- Structuring information logically and contributing to clear, well-presented deliverables; applying awareness of technology (including AI/Automation) to optimise processes and address business challenges

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience: - Foundational understanding of how business functions operate, with awareness of how sector trends impact clients (ideally with knowledge of one or more private sector industries)
- Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and develop informed recommendations to support client business strategies
- Experience supporting the assessment of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing ideas for improvement
- Capability to support the design and delivery of operating models and identify areas for operational improvement
- Ability to support research and analyse qualitative and quantitative datasets to help shape insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with how technology (including AI/Automation) can address business challenges and optimise operational processes
- Strong organisational skills, able to structure insights logically and contribute to clear, well-presented deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and confidently
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of engagements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification Although not essential, we are looking for people who additionally have:
- Experience in a junior-level operational role within a private sector organisation (as an employee or consultant/contractor), demonstrating an understanding of overall operating models · Experience of use of AI/Automation to accelerate key operational processes and/or optimise ways of working
