Exciting opportunities have arisen in both our Workshop and Bus Transport Travel teams to provide office based technical support to the operational teams to deliver great customer service to a high standard of quality.

You will have experience of working in either a fast-moving maintenance and repair garage to schedule services/MOTs and manage the fleet database which includes HGV’s or bus/taxi transport scheduling of home to school travel for our inhouse team of drivers and liaising with external contractors.

For both roles you will be comfortable in a customer facing role where good written and oral communication skills are essential. You will have the ability to multitask to prioritise competing customer requests.

You will be IT literate and experienced in using Microsoft software packages and able to rapidly adapt to service specific software applications and databases.

A full current UK driving licence is required.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £28,984.95 per annum.
