Full Job Description

1. SELL THE TOM FORD BEAUTY BRAND
+ Achieve required retail sales targets; daily, weekly, monthly as set by the Company.
+ With expert knowledge strengthen customer loyalty and maximise new launches and events through targeted customer communication.

2. GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all times.

· Adhere to the TOM FORD BEAUTY service standards at all times.

· Communicate and demonstrate product expertise with every customer.
3. PERSONAL GROOMING

· Maintain high standard of personal grooming as required by TOM FORD BEAUTY.

· Wear the TOM FORD BEAUTY uniform and maintain the uniform clean, professional condition.

· A Bold TOM FORD BEAUTY look is to be worn.

· Wear only TOM FORD BEAUTY products during working hours unless otherwise specified.

· Male Specialists to adhere to Tom Ford Beauty Male Grooming guidelines.
4. WORK EFFECTIVELY AS PART OF A TEAM

· Help colleagues and promote team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required.

· Communicate information to the Account Coordinator and colleagues as needed.

· Maintain high standards of time-keeping on the counter to ensure team efficiency.
5. MAINTAIN HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS

· Clean counters, tester stands and displays regularly to maintain TOM FORD BEAUTY brand image.

· Merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines.

· Adhere to brand hygiene standards and correct utilisation of all selling/demonstration tools and take action to ensure the counter complies with these.
6. COMPLETE ADMINISTRATION

· Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time - including personal retail sales reporting and any other specific administration that is required by the AC.

7. CARRY OUT OTHER TASKS

· Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Co-ordinator and/or the Company from time to time.

· Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)

· All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

· Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

· Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable, · Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
