That belief sits at the heart of Turning Point Scotland and everything we do.

Across more than 40 services, our 1,400 colleagues support people throughout Scotland who are facing some of the most complex challenges in their lives. We work alongside people to help them have greater choice, independence and control, and to achieve positive and lasting change.

We are now looking for three new Trustees to join our Board and help shape the next chapter of Turning Point Scotland.

As a Trustee, you will share responsibility for the strategic direction, governance and long-term sustainability of the organisation. You will work alongside fellow Trustees and our leadership team, bringing insight, judgement and constructive challenge to the decisions we make about our future.

But this is not a role confined to the boardroom. Our Trustees visit services, meet colleagues and listen to the people we support, using those experiences to inform Board discussions and ensure our decisions remain connected to the people and communities we serve.

You do not need previous Trustee or non-executive experience. We are interested in people who share our values and can bring different experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking to our Board.

You will be curious, thoughtful and willing to ask challenging questions, while working collaboratively with others towards a shared purpose.

Whilst we are open to encouraging a range of skills and experience, we are particularly interested in individuals with HR, legal, social care or procurement (specifically local authority procurement) experience.
