UAT Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to take ownership of User Acceptance Testing for a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This is a business-critical role responsible for ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, meet business requirements, and are ready for deployment across a complex, multi-site and international environment.

• Outside of IR35
• 6 Month contract
• 450 - 500 a day
• 3 days a week onsite in the Glasgow area

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full UAT lifecycle, from strategy and planning through to execution, defect management and business sign-off.
• Design realistic end-to-end business acceptance scenarios that validate business processes and operational outcomes.
• Engage, coordinate and support business users and SMEs acting as testers, balancing testing activities with operational priorities.
• Drive UAT execution, monitor progress, manage risks and provide clear status reporting to programme stakeholders.
• Oversee defect triage and resolution, ensuring issues are prioritised appropriately and resolved in line with programme timelines.
• Support data migration validation and integration testing activities from a business acceptance perspective.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering teams within an Agile delivery environment.
