Vehicle MET Technician

We are looking for a Vehicle MET Technician to join our site in Aberdeen! You will be responsible for carefully restoring damaged

vehicles to their original condition, ensuring top-quality results that align with our insurers' high standards. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of vehicle repairs, you will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines. • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to an exceptionally high standard.
• Proven experience in replacing mechanical parts in vehicles.
• Confident in stripping and refitting all components of a vehicle.
• Proficient in using correct repair methods for EV and ADAS vehicles.
• Self-assess completed tasks to ensure proper fitment and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Regularly check all tools to ensure they are fit for purpose.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
What are we looking for?
• Proven experience as an MET technician in an automotive repair environment.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.
• Strong understanding of ADAS systems.
• Knowledgeable in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
• Attentive and meticulous when handling mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within set timeframes and to a high standard.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
