We’re looking for friendly, organised, and enthusiastic individuals who take pride in creating memorable visitor experiences.

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of two of Falkirk’s most inspiring venues

—Callendar House and The Hippodrome.

Your responsibilities will include supporting event set-ups, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, assisting with security, and helping ensure our venues always run smoothly and professionally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in vibrant, historic environments where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding service and unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

You will work 25 hours per week including including evening and weekends.

This post is temporary until January 2027 due to service requirement.

Please note that this role involves working outside of normal office hours, including evenings and weekends on a regular basis.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
