Full Job Description

FinTech RS is working with a global energy company based west of Aberdeen. Our client is looking to hire a Vessel Accountant on a 12 month contract who will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial information including forecasts and budgets for assigned vessels.

Key duties:

Support Vessel Superintendents with vessel finances
Prepare details monthly management accounts for assigned vessels
Prepare monthly analytical reviews for assigned vessels
Prepare annual budgets for the 5-year plan
Assist with forecast
Capex reporting
Cash flow analysis

Candidates should either have a vessel, project or management accountant background. SAP experience is beneficial but certainly not essential. Candidates should have a can-do attitude with clear communication skills
