Full Job Description

  • The W2W POB Coordinator will be the link between the relevant onshore JRE's, 3rd party vendors, and Petrofac recruitment to ensure mobilisations and equipment inspections are coordinated and booked for required mobilisations on either the W2W vessel at quayside crew changes or flights to assets and tracked to ensure mobilisations take place.

  • The POB Coordinator will work alongside the W2W Coordinator, W2W Marine Coordinator, W2W Planner, and the JRE's to manage all people and equipment movements.

  • Manage IAP POB changes prior to the W2W campaign.

  • Create and maintain a personnel tracker for all required personnel and specialist vendors mobilising to be assets for the 2024 W2W campaign, ensuring visibility of personnel locations at all times.

  • POB tracker to manage mobs and demobs on the W2W vessel and by flights to assets.

  • Liaise with the W2W planner to optimise mobilisations, vendor rotations, and flights.

  • Liaise with JRE's and 3rd party specialist vendors to ensure required personnel are booked on in vantage for required mobilisations with either mobilising on the W2W vessel sailings or flights to assets.

  • Key contact for offshore operations regarding people and equipment movements.

  • Update POB with any core crew rota change requests.

  • Liaise with W2W planner and ensure the W2W vessel POB numbers are maintained and never exceed the maximum POB on asset (114) and the W2W vessel (39 vendor beds)

  • Work with the NEO reps on the W2W vessel to manage daily crossings.

  • React to replacing people regarding any no-shows or sickness where individuals are unable to mobilise or must be sent home due to illness or compassionate reasons.

  • Ensure external specialist vendors have the correct required qualifications and skills to complete the SOW offshore before mobilisation. Reference to be made to the W2W training matrix.

  • Ensure third-party equipment inspections are booked prior to equipment sailing.

  • Assist with ensuring inductions and CBTs are issued prior to mobilisations.

  • Assist the Marine FP with logistic preparations:

  • ie lockers, grab bags, and survival suits are all available offshore

  • Holdings are identified for crossings.
