Waiting Staff

As Waiting Staff, you will: Customer Service Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously. Check on customers during their visit to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer queries or concerns professionally. Food & Beverage Service Prepare tables and dining areas before service. Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers. Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. Support kitchen staff by communicating orders clearly and accurately. Cash Handling & Payments Operate the till and process payments (cash, card, fuel cards where applicable). Ensure accurate billing and handle transactions responsibly. Cleanliness & Organisation Maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Replenish condiments, cutlery, and supplies throughout shifts. Teamwork & Support Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy peak times. Support colleagues across different duties as required. Follow management instructions and company procedures.

Competitive Hourly rate: 12.71ph to start. Shift Hours: based on 37.5hrs per week, any 5 days over 7. Shifts depending on opening hours Sunday to Thursday 12:00hrs-21:15hrs, Friday 12:00hrs-20:30hrs and Saturday 11:30hrs-19:30hrs. Overtime: Available.
