Full Job Description

  • Ensuring all project material and equipment is controlled and processed in accordance with the Company processes and procedures relevant to the function.

  • Receipt and distribution of both procured materials and those issued from the company inventory utilising the relevant SAP transaction.

  • Managing the handling, storage and packing of materials and equipment which is in transit.

  • Interfacing with the export/import logistics personnel to ensure accurate transfer of information to allow materials and equipment to be exported and imported correctly.

  • Forklift operations as required up to a lift capacity of 16 ton where required and subject to appropriate certification.

  • Supporting Team Lead/Function Manager and proactively contributes to effective delivery of functional SCM initiatives, priorities and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

  • Assisting with any other activities that may be required for effective business delivery.

    We are looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our SCM Warehouse team.

  • The role will contribute to the effective delivery of our offshore Projects by providing controlled receipt, storage and transit services for all project site related materials and equipment.

    Applicants must also have the ability to work from our Greenwell facility in Tullos, if required.,
  • Establishedexperience and a proven record in the management of warehouse/logistics activities, processes and procedures within the Energy industry (Subsea experience preferred).

  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and COSSH regulations is desirable but not essential.

  • Current RTITB forklift certification to 5te is essential, up to 16te capacity is desirable., Are you motivated to meet the goals of a 24/7 energy sector environment?

  • Can you communicate effectively at various levels, both oral and written?

  • Do you have a collaborative way of working, understanding the importance of sharing information across functions to enhance project performance?

  • Do you have good organisational and IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems?

  • Can you work to tight sometimes changing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities to ensure completion of work scope?

  • Are planning and attention to detail part of your core strengths?

  • Are you able to work unsupervised but also pro-actively contribute to the wider team activities?

  • Do you use your initiative to find solutions to problems, and look to continuously improve the way we work?
