Warehouse Operative

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to jon our Broxburn based manufacturing client, on a part-time basis.

What's on offer?

• Part-time ongoing position
• Monday to Thursday, 12:00 to 18:00 & Friday, 12:00 to 16:30
• Paid at 17,000 per annum

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and preparing stock accurately and efficiently
• Loading vans and ensuring all items match the relevant paperwork
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean, tidy and well organised
• Reporting any damaged or missing items to supervisors promptly
• Adhering to all site health and safety requirements at all times

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• A good level of physical fitness - this is a hands-on, active role
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A basic level of IT skills
• A counterbalance forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
