Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: West Dunbartonshire
Salary: 30,000 per annum, willing to negotiate higher for the right experience
Hours: Full-time, perm role

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic business seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a varied role combining operational warehouse duties with stock control and e-commerce support.

You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock levels are accurately maintained, and products are dispatched to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
Process and fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Print shipping labels and manage dispatch documentation
Maintain and update stock control systems, ensuring accurate inventory levels
Conduct regular stock checks and review stock sheets
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
Support updates to online sales platforms, including product listings
Coordinate European shipments, ensuring correct packaging and compliance
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain smooth operations

About You:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
Comfortable with administrative tasks and systems
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive and hands-on approach
Forklift licence preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
