Warehouse Supervisor

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor, to join our team based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.

Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI's in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
+ Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.
+ Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.
+ Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.
+ Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.
+ Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.
+ Develop and mentor members of your team.
+ Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
