We are seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead the on-site Wellness Team in delivering a warm, engaging and professional experience for colleagues using the Campus wellness facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the team applies the knowledge gained through a robust onboarding and training programme to help colleagues confidently navigate and benefit from the digital wellness ecosystem., We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing and a basic understanding of fitness, who can effectively manage the space, oversee daily operations and respond to reactive needs. As the most senior member of the Wellness Team on site, you will guide Wellness Hosts, ensure high service standards, and maintain compliance, safety and operational excellence across the facility.,

  • Guide and support Wellness Hosts in their behaviours and daily tasks to optimise the service provided to colleagues and users of the space.
  • Ensure all services are delivered with health and safety regulations as a top priority.
  • Provide technical support for the gym's digital wellness solutions and ensure Wellness Hosts are appropriately trained and capable.
  • Manage the fitness and wellness facilities CRM system, including memberships, bookings, processes and procedures.
  • Deliver an exceptional welcome experience for colleagues, both in person and through other communication channels, including social media.
  • Drive promotion of Wellness offerings through creative on-Campus engagement and empower Wellness Hosts to support promotional activity.
  • Oversee administrative, compliance and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with Campus management.
  • Monitor the condition and compliance of the space, logging reactive maintenance through the helpdesk system and liaising with subcontractors to ensure effective equipment maintenance.

    Strong customer focus with experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organisational ability with a good understanding of systems and processes.
  • Robust technical capability, including experience with digital fitness solutions and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative, with experience of leading a small team preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and positive change.
  • Good understanding of health and safety management principles; first aid certification (training provided if required).
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in challenging situations.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 kg.
