• Lead and manage a high-performing work-winning team and ensure accountability for projects and outcomes Attract, onboard, and develop talent with succession planning in mind Shape and own a multi-year strategic pipeline and monitor ROI, budgets, and capture rates Prioritize Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2/3 bids, manage resources and resolve blockers Drive Salesforce CRM discipline for executive reporting and decision making Lead bid reviews and governance on large pursuits, influence client value propositions Oversee bid collateral quality and standardize qualification, planning, and execution Embed best-practice bidding methods and ensure reusable assets and lessons learned are acted upon Report to senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business strategy Challenge internal stakeholders to adopt best practices and drive continuous improvement Tasks Accountable leadership experience in bid/work-winning in infrastructure, engineering, or built environment Experience building and managing high-performing teams Strategic mindset with ability to translate goals into actionable work-winning plans Strong stakeholder influence and ability to shape senior decisions Extensive bid management experience in complex, multidisciplinary settings Advanced analytical skills for distilling data into actionable insights Resilience, organization, and ability to navigate complexity Degree-level qualification (preferred); APMP certification desirable Water sector knowledge and experience desirable Key requirements hybrid work options competitive compensation well-being programs career development diversity and inclusion global opportunities
