Full Job Description

The Workforce Development Coordinator will support the delivery of a comprehensive learning and development programme across services, ensuring current and future workforce needs are met through effective coordination of training activities, and high‑quality stakeholder engagement.

The role will work closely with managers, wider HR colleagues, and external providers to plan, promote, and evaluate learning interventions, maintain accurate workforce development data, and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning activities, contributing to process improvement, procuring learning services in line with policy, and upholding strong communication, judgement, and organisational skills within a hybrid working environment.

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months.
