Experience of planning, coordinating or supporting activities, programmes or projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, managers and external partners.
The ability to analyse information, identify needs and support the development of practical solutions.
Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.
Strong digital skills, particularly across Microsoft 365 Tools, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working.
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience in learning and development, workforce planning, organisational development or learning management systems would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to develop.
