If you're experienced in plant or agricultural workshop management and looking for a role where you can genuinely shape how an operation runs, this is worth a look. Our client provides plant machinery maintenance, repair and hire across Scotland, with a team of mobile and workshop engineers and a busy client base requiring consistent, high-quality service.

As a Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations
  • Managing job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and quality
