Plan and organise the movement of equipment as directed by Supervisor & in conjunction with Operations department in a safe manner
Ensure that all recording of equipment movement and required documentation is actioned to ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Oversee the layout of equipment within area of responsibility to ensure most efficient and correct storage methods are actioned
Provide daily direction of personnel allocated to working within yard area to ensure tasks are completed in a safe manner
Organise and oversee the movement of equipment by crane or forklift to ensure it is carried out in line with company procedures and in a safe manner
Actively participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status/tasks, mobilisation/demobilisation updates etc.,
Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines
Use Stop Work Authority; participate in Positive Intervention Programme
Ensure the daily housekeeping of work area is undertaken to ensure a clean, safe working environment

Extensive, demonstrable working experience in a stores/yard environment
Knowledge of SAP or similar materials database
Hold appropriate certificates for using and driving lifting equipment - e.g. fork lift licence
Experience in using equipment/inventory databases
