Young Adult Autism Support Worker

As a Young Adult Autism Support Worker, you'll build positive, trusting relationships with young adults, supporting them to develop independence, confidence and life skills. Every day is different - from helping someone engage in education or community activities, to supporting healthy routines, encouraging social interaction and celebrating important milestones. You'll work creatively and compassionately, learning about each young person's interests, strengths and goals to provide truly personalised support. What You'll Be Doing

  Am Bruach service offers accommodation for five young adults, at a transition focused person-centred provision in Perth, Scotland. The service is situated just minutes walk from the city centre in an idyllic location overlooking the Tay and Perth. Specialising in providing care to young adults aged between 16 to 23 years old. Our service aims to support to a wide range of emotional difficulties, specifically for young adults with Autism and/or ADHD.
The accommodation is split across a self-contained annexe for two young adults and a house for three young adults. We are part of the Options Autism and can promise you plenty of challenges, and a rich variety of opportunities to develop your career. Options Autism provide education and care across a number of schools and residential care homes nationally.
