Part-Time Concierge

Premium Conference & Events Venue – Glasgow City Centre

We are seeking a professional, personable, and organised Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a prestigious multi-use Serviced Office, conference and events facility in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

About the Role

As Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the venue, providing outstanding front-of-house service to delegates, guests, clients, and visitors attending conferences, corporate events, private functions, and meetings.

The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach to ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard.

Working Hours

20–30 hours per week
Shift patterns include:
Opening shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Closing shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Flexible rota including:
Some weekends
Occasional late evening event cover
Additional holiday cover when required

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting guests, delegates, and clients
Managing front-of-house reception and concierge duties
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Maintaining high presentation and service standards throughout the venue
Assisting with guest direction during live events
Monitoring public areas to ensure a professional and safe environment
Opening and Closing the Venue

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or customer service roles
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be smart, professional, and confident dealing with VIP guests and corporate clients
Have a flexible and positive attitude
Be reliable, punctual, and organised
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be comfortable working in a busy events environment
