Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They:

Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
