Essential
Due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated
Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commercial awareness and interest in the property market
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one
Previous work experience, placement year or internship
Involvement in university societies, sports teams or leadership activities
Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
