With a love of toys, customer service and an enthusiastic personality, you could be the perfect match to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant.

Key Information about this role:

Rates of Pay:

16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour.
21-year-old plus - £12.71 per hour

Contract end date: 31st December 2026.

Our stores will be open 7 days a week so you will need to be able to support us at the weekends including Sundays.

The hours we have available for this store are: DELETE AS REQUIRED

A 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or you might be asked to work two 6-hour shifts.
An 8-hour per week contract: you will typically be offered 4-hour shifts over 2 days, or perhaps one full day at times.
A 20-hour per week contract: you may typically be working 4-hour shifts over 5 days.

So, if you are flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and different days of the week, have a great attitude, and friendly personality, we can make the hours you are available - work for you and us, just make sure you give us as much detail as possible in your application form. There may also be an opportunity for you to work extra hours in this role, depending on trade.

With all our Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts you will also be asked to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve - they're some of our busiest days of the year.

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, there may be the chance of extra hours too if we're busy!
Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service, talking to customers on the shop floor and at the till points.
Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team
Attentive to detail, keeping the shelves full and handling deliveries.
