Cook and present dishes to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support the creation of daily specials to showcase your skills and excite our guests.
Keep food prep areas stocked, clean, and ready throughout service.
Follow food safety standards and help minimise waste.
Work with your team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences., Career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our Chef Academy.

Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar)
Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and desire to learn.
