Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times - from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:

Preparing daily closing balances
Deliver great customer service
Cash transactions and cashing up
Processing booking requests
Night Audit
Preparing for breakfast
Building security checks
Assisting with bar service

Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
Be open, communicative and confident and have a solid command of English
Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
