Description

Are you a 6-8 PQE Scottish qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next strategic step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing Scottish Commercial Property team, where you will play a key role in delivering complex work while helping to shape the continued development of the team. You will work alongside highly experienced commercial property specialists on a varied and high-quality caseload across multiple sectors. This role offers genuine responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to team mentoring and business development initiatives.

What you will be doing

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

Investment acquisition and sales

Commercial leasing

Renewable energy projects

Healthcare

Utilities

Real Estate Finance

You will have the opportunity to

Take the lead on complex transactions and manage matters autonomously

Maintain and develop key client relationships

Supervise and mentor junior members of the team

Support partners with business development and practice growth initiatives

What you will need

Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 6-8 years' PQE in commercial property

Strong technical capability and commercial awareness

Confidence managing your own caseload and leading transactions

A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and team development

Excellent organisation and client-handling skills
