Compile food orders and develop new food concepts, including daily and weekly specials.
Ensure compliance with statutory Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
Work kitchen hours from 8am to 4pm, covering 72 hours per fortnight, 9 days out of 14, with duties on every second Saturday and Sunday; flexibility required for covering staff holidays.
Good communication skills.
Passion for baking and cooking homemade food.
Attention to detail in food presentation and taste.
Experience working in a kitchen environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
