Deputies for Curated Experience Lead as required

Assist with the administration of activations and events, following client milestones for annual Campus Workplace Programming

Work closely with HSEQ Team, checking and collating Insurances documents and RAMS and sending out confirmations as required.

Manage the activation calendar

Sourcing and creating activations and events.

Produce and/or collate the written copy for the events and activations onto a number of platforms.

Manage certain activations on site from planning through to delivery, always ensuring a safe environment and a high delivery standard

Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers

Work up budgets for activations and events

Diploma or Degree Level in Hospitality or Events

Related experience in Event Management

Computer literate - confident in Microsoft applications, previous experience in Property Management tools

Great telephone skills and verbal communication

Must be customer focused, organised, and professional

Ability to work in a team environment
