The Role As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, strong financial results, and high operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average
Ensuring robust processes and controls are in place across the service operation
Managing departmental costs in line with business plans while maintaining quality and service standards
Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and Group standards
Creating and maintaining a safe, professional working environment
Monitoring, developing and motivating colleague performance to maximise results

Basic salary of £47,000 with an OTE of £62,000
