As a Fibre Quality Specialist, diagnose and resolve faults across the network from the Fibre Exchange to end-user premises.
Manage and maintain network performance; utilise advanced diagnostic tools; diagnose signal loss and physical damage to minimise disruption and ensure optimal service.
Manage complex installations and repairs, adhering to safety protocols and completing tasks promptly on the day of service.
Adapt to evolving operational needs and diverse environments, including outdoor installations and network centres, with readiness to travel when required.

Strong background in fibre, including knowledge of network build, FTTx installation, fibre blowing and fibre splicing.
Core network fault-finding and problem-solving skills; experience auditing safe systems of works.
Experience with OTDR/IOLM testing and knowledge of PIA - duct and/or pole installations; NRSWA - units 2 and 10; SA001 and SA002 Smart Awards.
Driving licence valid in the UK.
