Lead sourcing and negotiation activities for high-value contracts.
Identify and apply value levers such as demand management and supplier collaboration.
Drive supplier performance improvement through structured SRM and KPI frameworks.
Partner with stakeholders to align category plans with business needs and strategic goals.
Embed sustainability and risk management into category strategies.
Manage a pipeline of sourcing initiatives and oversee contract lifecycle management.
Conduct benchmarking and market testing to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
Prepare and present category performance reports to senior leadership.
Champion supplier-led innovation and educate stakeholders on procurement best practice.

Broad category management experience across multiple spend areas, ideally Professional Services.
Proven track record of delivering measurable value and cost optimisation.
Strong negotiation and contracting skills, including risk mitigation.
Ability to analyse complex data sets and market intelligence to inform decisions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Familiarity with supplier performance frameworks, SRM, and sustainability objectives.
Proficiency with procurement systems and analytics tools.
