Technical Lead

Location: Remote

The Role

Develop our cloud-based cyber security platform using Django and React

Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming

Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews

Leverage and integrate latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality

About you

Full stack, ideally using Python (Django) and React.

Champion of TDD, BDD, and quality-driven development

Proven experience integrating and managing third-party APIs

Understanding of and leading the team in applying software security fundamentals

Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub actions and terraform

Experience managing a remote team
