We're proud of our diverse portfolio and deeply committed to creating an inclusive culture that embraces individuality in all its forms-including neurodiversity. By fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported, we reflect the vibrant communities we serve and empower our people to thrive.

The Opportunity

We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Home. No prior experience is needed-we'll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Can you…

Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable for you and helps them feel welcome.
Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks.
Share recommendations when it feels appropriate to create a positive experience for guests.
Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

A little bit about us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it's live, it's on, and we are the place to watch it. Bar Home is a stylish and sophisticated bar situated within the trendy Merchant City area of Glasgow. With each night of the week offering something different, evenings at Bar Home can bring anything from relaxation by candlelight to our amazing resident and guest DJs playing our guests' favourite tracks on the weekends. We have a popular food menu packed full of delicious dishes that has a great following.
