Maintain the compliance framework for UK entities.
Monitor regulatory developments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Prepare regulatory impact assessments and business guidance.
Develop management information for boards and governance committees.
Partner with Legal and Internal Audit on control matters.
Support regulatory implementation projects.

Contribute to international compliance initiatives.

Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Compliance experience within asset management.
Experience working within the UK regulatory environment.
Strong knowledge of UK investment management regulations.
Knowledge of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS).
Knowledge of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
Knowledge of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
Understanding of operational resilience, reporting, and outsourcing regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
