Being primarily responsible for HSE compliance across the site, ensuring all functions achieve their deliverables on time.
Developing and implementing site specific projects that align with the corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies and site objectives.
Leading the cultural and behavioural health and safety step change program by providing appropriate training to managers and employees across the site.
Managing the H&S aspects of capital projects and credentials of third party contractors on site.
Investigating any accidents or incidents, liaising with any enforcement authorities where needed.
Effectively coaching and developing the HSE assistant.

Your NEBOSH diploma certification.
Prior experience working as a HSE Manager.
Prior experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrable experience managing HSE projects (ie. changing behaviours on site).
The ability to motivate and influence others of all seniority.
