We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Supply Chain team supporting a busysawmill in Mosstodloch. You will manage manufacturing plans to ensure timely production,optimal inventory levels and efficient use of resources. This is a site-based role, applicantsshould be within commuting distance of Mosstodloch (Moray, Scotland) or willing torelocate. Hours of work are: 07:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.Key tasks and responsibilities:

Developing production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity
Coordinating material requirements and procurement timing with purchasing and
Monitoring production progress and adjusting plans to address delays or priority
Managing inventory levels, conducting physical counts, and updating records in ERP
Creating weekly or monthly production timetables and aligning them with sales
Coordinating production workflow for multiple products, ensuring maximum
Communicating schedule changes and priorities to production supervisors,
Participating in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to align demand and
Integrating new product introductions and engineering changes into production

Substantial recent experience in a similar supply chain management or
Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities in a
Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems (we use Pinja) for scheduling and inventory
Analytical skills to monitor production performance, inventory levels, and schedule
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning techniques,
