We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Unlicensed Medicines Sales Administrator to join our unlicensed medicines team. You will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Process customer orders and invoices for unlicensed medicines in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online platforms.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines for unlicensed medicines.
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Working well as part of a busy team .and building relationships with customers.

Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
