Whitehouse Surgery is seeking a Receptionist, also known as Patient Navigator, to join out team. In this essential role, you'll ensure the smooth running of the surgery, providing patients with a positive experience while supporting our team to deliver outstanding care. Welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-ins, and providing appointment information.
Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Scheduling and managing appointments using our system.
Processing prescription requests from patients and pharmacies.
Handling patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters, with accuracy.
Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring smooth handovers for colleagues.
Completing administrative tasks such as patient registrations and updates.
