Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back of house areas.
Understands and adheres to all brand policies and procedures.

2+ years of experience in retail sales.
Must be punctual and reliable. Timeliness and dependability are essential.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
A team-player who is collaborative with others, is adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Experience operating a POS system.
Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.
