As our IT Manager, you will own the technology vision across the Resort in a complex, high-profile hospitality environment, driving innovation, security, and performance across all operations. You will be part of digital transformation and change management projects at the Old Course Hotel, which are being rolled out globally across Hospitality and Kohler Company. Oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and hospitality platforms
Ensure cybersecurity, GDPR and PCI compliance, and business continuity
Lead technology projects, from planning through to delivery
Drive excellence in IT service delivery and operational support
Enhance guest-facing digital services and experiences
Manage external vendors and strategic technology partners
Lead, develop, and inspire the IT team

You are a commercially aware IT leader and people leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment., Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior technical leadership role
Strong background managing infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems
Experience delivering technology projects and transformation initiatives
Exposure to hospitality or service-led environments (preferred but not essential)
Track record in managing third-party vendors and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
Calm under pressure, able to support business-critical operations
Passionate about innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Strong communicator, able to influence at all levels
